mods please allow this. The question board wouldn't help I already asked there and I need people who have or had the same problem as this

Anyways I've been shaking this thing since like 5 or 6 hours ago on and off and nothing and I mean nothing slightly gold or metallic came out of it.

I tried holding it down to make the tip get some paint on the tip, NOPE. i tried pressing it up and down again and again to get even more ink, ABSOLUTELY NOT, I tried putting the marker upside down to make the paint and metallic dust come down, NOT A CHANCE, I even opened it as shown on the pic, NUH UH, and I said earlier that I shaked this thing for like a solid hour or two of differing speeds, and all that ever came out is this brown paint or something

the packaging clearly said gold including the number or something on it (GM04) and I'm bought it at a store that legitimately sells genuine gunpla products here in the Philippines.

is this normal or did I buy a factory mistake
