[Mido] Who would like to wear this?
| Hey r/Watches, Wanted to share my Mido Multi-Star Automatic — an underrated vintage piece that really nails that 1970s integrated case-and-bracelet aesthetic. The brushed steel finish, the cushion/tonneau-style case, and the applied indices give it a surprisingly modern-retro vibe. The day-date window is super practical, and the dial has a lovely sunburst effect in the right light. Mido often flies under the radar when talking vintage Swiss brands, but their craftsmanship holds up really well. The movement inside this one is smooth, and it keeps great time even decades later. I especially appreciate the subtle details like the star logo and the well-balanced dial layout. Anyone else rocking a vintage Mido? I’d love to see more of these out in the wild. [link] [comments] |
