Hey everyone, I wanted to post about what’s going on with Superbuy shipments that have been stuck on “Flight Arrived” since around October 20th. I know quite a few of us are in the same situation.

Superbuy just sent out an email today offering 30% off shipping (up to 100 CNY) for next time we ship. On the surface that might look like compensation, but the wording in the email is honestly pretty worrying. They said that updates on affected parcels will be available before December 8th, which means some people could be waiting almost two months just for an update, not even delivery.

What really stood out to me was this line: “If you wish to reorder items from your package, you can find the original product link in ‘My Orders.’” That makes it sound like they don’t expect these parcels to ever arrive. Otherwise, why would we be encouraged to rebuy items we’ve already paid for and shipped?

There’s been some speculation that Superbuy might have failed to do the necessary customs paperwork, and that some shipments could have been held or even destroyed, but there’s been no official confirmation. Communication from them has been pretty minimal, and a lot of posts about this issue have reportedly been removed when people try to ask questions publicly.

I think we deserve clear answers about what actually happened and whether these parcels are recoverable. Transparency would go a long way right now. If anyone else has received updates or heard anything different from Superbuy, please share here so we can keep everything in one place.
