I entered the raffle for a size 9.5, and got a 12 instead. I noticed others are also receiving this issue.

If this happened to you, submit your issue to CNCPTS contact form. Hopefully they can find a solution for this issue. It’s disappointing that many people are dealing with this issue. So they become aware of this. Do give them your order number in your email or message, so they know your complaint is legit.
