[Sinn] Salmon on the plate and on the wrist
| I’ve always chosen conservative dials as my go-to or daily wears. However, I’ve always been interested in dials that pop, and have found certain microbrands like Zelos that do it quite well. I’ve owned a Sinn 356 in the traditional black dial previously, and even though I believed the dial to be perfectly proportionate, the black dial just didn’t have the same allure that this copper/salmon dial does. I specifically chose the acrylic version with the closed case-back as I’ve always felt the domed acrylic made this watch special. I also feel like Sinns as everyday beaters don’t need the sapphire caseback display. This has become my go-to wear, the watch that I reach for daily. What are your thoughts on salmon/copper dials? Are there any salmon dials more iconic than this one besides microbrands and the truly unobtainables? [link] [comments] |
