Hello, I ordered a Seiko Presage from a large national retailer on sale for a good price but it arrived at my house after being shipped across the country rubber banded to its watch box and thrown inside a larger cardboard box with no padding. How can I trust there will be no long term effects of this horrible treatment? Should I ask Macy’s to replace it? How can I guarantee they will ship my next one any better? Should I ask a local shop for a price match (uncertain if they will because I got a really good deal) and ask the retailer for a refund?
