I had a 20 watch box but it very quickly got out of hand. Earlier this year I limited myself to only 6 and honestly it's freeing. Just enough to feel like I'm not missing anything, but not so much that I'm overwhelmed. I swap straps or bracelets almost daily, so I never feel like l'm limited.

I got the DJ when I Graduated from Columbia. The Cartier belonged to my grandfather and came to me after he passed. The Speedy is just a grail for me. I got the SKX when I became a Recon Marine & it was the one that got me hooked on watches. The Tudor SPCG is the newest addition and was a gift to celebrate becoming debt free. The GS Almond came when my son was born.

I'm on track to hit a big financial milestone next year, so that will be celebrated by replacing the SKX with an AP RO 15450ST in blue. Other than that I'll likely stick with this collection for a very, very long time.
