You know how the end generation is a bit broken and it generates in multiple-thousand block thick rings?

My idea is at the edge of the first ring, there is a 384 block tall, 100 block wide, and 3 million block long mega base spanning all of these rings. On a public server this would be crazy to come across, just exploring the end and you find this void, then you follow along the edge and you find a giant wall so big that you can't go around it and you have to either go above the height limit or below it, or go in and through it to get past.

This is a dream so big that it will take thousands of players, thousands of days to achieve. It will take about 10 billion blocks or more to complete and if people were to complete this I would be amazed and probably everyone who helped too.
