This is something I’ve been wanting for literally YEARS now. With the Mounts of Mayhem update coming along I’m really hoping that it happens! It literally be so cool to use dogs to travel the snowy/cold biomes.

I’ve spent a long time thinking over the mechanics too! Like dogs and sleds not sinking in powdered snow, making a safe way to cross large patches of it, and dogs being able to pull the sled up and down the snow covered hills. With dog armor now being a thing, they could double as harnesses for the sled. There could also be an achievement for making a sled dog team out of all the dog variants! The max number of dogs you would be able to tether to a sled is nine, that way you can add each type of dog! I imagine nine dogs would go about the same speed as a maxed out horse, while one dog on a sled would go the same speed as a low stat horse. More dogs pulling, the more speed you get!
