For those that have it, is it worth it (for use in rain)?

Is there any similar product to the Snowpeak Takibi?

I’d like a tarp that includes the poles and can handle rain well. Ideally I’d like to find something less expensive, but if there’s no item comparable in quality, I’ll bite the bullet and shell out $$$ for it during the REI sale
