Lived in Austin for a decade before moving here, and this is the best I’ve had in Seattle for sure. You can tell there are nods to Austin spots as the owner spent time there. Mustard BBQ sauce akin to Salt Lick, Kale caesar slaw like Leroy & Lewis.
