Loving the dark bark I get on the WSM. Only my second time smoking ribs. Also put my garden veggies to use with sides of Korean-style Persian cucumbers plus pearled couscous in a citrus vinaigrette with orange segments, zucchini, tomatoes, pistachios, fresh mint and parsley.
