Brisket was moist and on point. Bulgogi beef sausage was good not great but still very juicy. Gochujang ribs were the star of the show.

Kimchi fried rice was good but missing some of that signature fried rice char taste. Potato salad didnt have one flavor out of place. MAC was there but the cheese sauce was a bit grainy.

Overall still really good Texas/Korean bbq. I watched the guy torch the gochujang sauce after he put it on and now I need a torch! I went for the ribs so everything else was bonus LOL!
