Taking the mantle of household griller since my dad passed away
![]() | My dad passed away in April of this year, and I've been scared to touch the grill since his passing. I helped him out a lot, but I don't really know what I'm doing myself. This is my first attempt; a slow, indirect cook of some pork belly skewers from my work. But I'm definitely anxious to dive in and truly grill.
