| Took a ribeye, kept it simple with salt and pepper. Put on the trager for 30 mins at 185 and then finished a sear on a screaming hot cast iron. Pulled and dusted with a light coat of kinders prime steakhouse seasoning. Wife loved it. [link] [comments] |
