| The meat is all raised a few miles north at the Fess Parker Ranch. American Wagyu. Smoked with white oak. The brisket melts in your mouth, awesome crust, high quality meat shines through. Brisket sausage is so flavorful. Pulled pork was perfect. I had Moo’s twice recently and this brisket is better. A pound of it alone is $36. It’s remarkable how delicious this BBQ is. In California’s top three IMO. Sauces, pickles, and sides all done very well too.
