First time smoker
| I’ve always grilled on a 20” cheap charcoal grill. I recently bought this bigger grill just to try out smoking steak and pork chops mostly. I get I need to put the wood chips in the smoking box but do I put the meat in there also or put the meat on the grill portion? Also what’s your go to wood flavor? Me and my wife the hickory charcoal the best but we want to switch it up. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
