Bought this Sierra Designs 20* quilt off facebook marketplace, immediately after getting it I noticed it smelled pretty bad so I bought nikwax and put it in a front loading washing (without really checking the loft from before). After drying several times on low heat and tumble drying as well all with wool balls, I noticed these baffles almost completely devoid of down.

The middle area does have a patch there on the outside but the previous owner stated it was only without a patch one night till they repaired it. The top area shows no sign of holes in the quilt yet it's still quite empty.

Did the down migrate between baffles or is this just a bad buy on my end? And is it worth restuffing?
