Couldn’t wait until tomorrow to smoke something so I decided to do some chicken quarters.

Used a combo rub of salt, pepper, lawrys. Smoked for an hour at 315, then put a bourbon bbq glaze over them and the. Smoked them for 30 more minutes at 350. Internal temp was right at 175. Insanely tender. Next time I think I’ll brine them.
