Cashman’s gifted from an Ohio friend, and man this stuff is great.

I brined some chicken in brown sugar/salt/soy, then did a snake method of Kingsford with hickory chunks and cherry chips on top for a couple hours, toward the end slathered the sauce. Delicious, sweet heat. If you’re ever near NW Ohio be sure to look for it.
