Well as my title reads. I got a Thors hammer for Thanksgiving and need to know from the grill masters on Reddit, how to cook this fuckin thang on 4 burner propane grill.

I’m thinking cover with Tin foil on indirect heat and then a final sear, but I’m not sure. Any advice would be much help, thanks in advance everyone! Cheers happy holidays.
