I've had a LOT of Barbecue, probably more than is exactly wise, but I used to work in Texas, so...

Look, normally I go to a place, I'm gonna eat local. But a Barbecue joint 5,000 miles from home? I gotta. I just do.

These people, as far as I know, don't really do much beef, cuz their island is postage stamp sized. I expected this to be pretty dismal as a result.

When he brought it out, as you can see, it looked pretty dismal. Bark was nonexistent, but it was just my rib. I saw another go out that was perfect looking. Covered in sauce, too. I was prepped for this to be jacked up, but hot damn it was a pretty damn good rib.

Not the best I've ever had, but surprisingly good. I'd eat it again. Sauce was more like a NC Barbecue sauce. It had a slightly harsh apple cider vinegar flavor, and was sweet for my taste, but not at all overpowering. Normally I prefer my beef ribs unlubed, but this wasn't bad. I'd say a 3/5.

I'm debating going for lunch tomorrow to try their pork ribs and brisket. They also smoke Maltese sausage. I'm going back tomorrow, I just decided.
