Reverse seared Chops over post oak on my 22 kettle, grilled and butter finished potatoes and carrots in my paella pan on a kettle, with a fire roasted caprese using fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden, and mozzarella balls. Everything was drizzled with a basil, pistachio and lemon forward pesto.
