I'm T2 diabetic and need to watch my cholesterol. I love regular bacon but it's just not something I can have as often as I'd like. This is just regular Oscar Meyer turkey bacon with a tiny bit of olive oil spray cooked in the air fryer at 390 for 10 mins and flipped halfway. If anyone has any suggestions for a delicious turkey bacon I'd love to hear them! I normally make this in a pan with a little bit of butter but I didn't feel like doing all that this morning. What do we think? It's really crispy and delish! Oh and 3 eggs made with 3 egg whites and one yolk. Hope you all have a delicious morning!
