Texans is a little mom and pop spot about 2 miles from my job. It's been a good minute since I've been there but thought I would give it a shot today. Ribs were ok, not great, but not bad. The brisket was good, and in big chunks, not slices. The sausage was really tasty. The sides were good and the dessert (not pictured) was super good.

Not craft barbecue by any means, but it hit the spot today.
