So as the title suggests, my girlfriend and I are looking for a tent that comfortably fits both of us as well as our medium sized dogs. My current tent is a REI Co-op Flash Air 2. It’s a tight fit as seen in the photo and the slanted roof makes it difficult to move around. We typically put the dogs on the side that had the higher head clearance end and we took the slanted end. Ideally I’d like a lightweight tent with some more room but still be able to backpack it in on my 2+ hour hikes for overnight trips. Freestanding or tension. 3 season because I’m the only one camping in the winter. Big Agnes is a brand I’ve heard things about but I’m unsure on their sturdiness and weight. Any info would be super helpful!
