Thanksgiving…Fish!
| Made some smoked salmon for a family get together Saturday after Thanksgiving. Turned out really good and was a hit. Cured in brown sugar, salt, cracked black pepper and maple’s syrup. Smoked for maybe and hour and a half. Had get it up to temp in the oven though. Ran out of time. [link] [comments] |
