Hey y’all, my team and I were detailed down to Houston for a recent fire department event for the City. I’ve never had “actual” Texas bbq since I live in Baltimore. The few spots we visited were either closed or sold out by the time we got out to the city. On the drive around, we ran into Pinkerton’s. I see a lot of people that dislike this spot but I had nothing but good things to say. 76$ for the plate plus a few other deserts. IMO Beef Ribs are the best thing since sliced bread.
