St. Louis cut on the Pit Barrel

St. Louis cut on the Pit Barrel

These turned out very good. 5 hrs on the PBC, rubbed with a light dusting of Killer Hogs AP then covered them with Killer Hogs BBQ rub. No wood, just Kingsford. Head Country sauce after removal from PBC and placed in covered container for 30 minutes while I grilled okra.
