Hi All,

I bought this flashlight today. I charged it and waited until it was solid green as pictured. When I take it off its charger it doesn’t turn on or work at all. This is my 2nd purchase. My first torch did the same thing so I thought it was faulty so I exchanged it again for the one above but it’s still not working. What am I doing wrong?
