2014 Ford Econoline E450 20 Passenger Bus

Looks clean, thoughts on converting into a full time live in bus? 130k miles, gasoline, 7 foot interior height.

It's just me and 3 small dogs. I think I can fit all our needs in there (head, shower, combo washer/dryer, etc). I don't see a lot of these body styles converted into skoolies/tiny homes so was wondering what I am overlooking? Or am I overthinking?
