Homemade sausage, scrambies, hash brown and cheese on a English muffin from the farmers market... but here's the rub. The "English muffin" is really just a dense, overfermented yeast roll. I got my sausages mixed up in my head and made maple Polish sausage. Then as I was taking the picture the shit muffin rolled and the sausage hit the ground. But it's a pretty picture.
