Grilled Greek Sea Bream (tsipoura)

Grilled Greek Sea Bream (tsipoura)

Love grilled fish, so happy grilling season is here. Too hot for march but I'll take it.

Fish is super easy to make with little to no ingredients. Yet it's super delicious every time. We usually cook fish on the portable mini grill.

Photo is my own. Recipe: https://theeuropeandish.com/greek-grilled-sea-bream-tsipoura/#recipe

Ingredients 6 sea bream fish fillets, cleaned 1/3 cup lime (lemon) juice, fresh 1/3 cup olive oil 2 tbsp. oregano, dried or fresh sea salt and black pepper to taste

How to make it: First, in a small bowl mix lime juice, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Coat sea bream fillets on each side and leave to rest in the fridge for 10 minutes. Then, preheat your grill on high, prepare it for grilling and place each fillet with skin facing up. Once well cooked, turn around. Keep onto grill until cooked. Place in (glass) container with lid to preserve taste and softness and serve immediately.
