Raiding the fridge this morning:

• Spanish rice
• Baked beans
• Poached eggs

With a side of avocado, wild forest mushrooms, and sweety drop peppers. Added a couple of drops of Marie Sharp’s habanero sauce and topped it all with some green onions.
