I put it in a soup bowl and whatever eggs fall in the bowl, I make a second sandwich out of. I go easy on the salt but hard on the pepper, and I eat these almost every morning now. I crack 3 eggs (96 cents) and make 2 sandwiches with 4 slices of toast (48 cents) for a nice and easy breakfast.
