Smoked short ribs
| Smoked some short ribs on the Komodo yesterday. Salt pepper garlic oregano dry rub, about 5 hours at ~250-300 got them to 203 internal. Let them rest in a garlic basil butter for another hour+ until it was time to eat. Delicious! Happy smoking! [link] [comments] |
