Weeknight ribs came out perfect
| Decided to do a rack of St. Louis and a rack of baby backs. SPG paprika, and MSG rub. 2 hours unwrapped at 225, wrapped for 1.5 hrs at 250. Double glazed with some homemade bbq sauce at 225 for the last 45 minutes. Both ribs were so juicy and had that comp tenderness. Very happy with the outcome here. [link] [comments] |
