grilling up some thighs
| 3 lbs boneless skinless thighs, with Greek Freak seasoning on some Fogo charcoal. 6 minutes per side indirect, a couple minutes per side direct. It's not quite getting the char I want, so next time might do the whole thing direct, thighs can take the heat [link] [comments] |
