![]() | Left the brioche out overnight to get dry. Mostly egg with a good splash of half n half, plus cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, and vanilla extract for the bath. Soaked for a good bit on both sides after stacking them, then pan fried in a cast iron. Going heavy on the egg made them nice and crispy on the outside, and the heavy soak left them gooey in the middle. I’m happy ???? [link] [comments] |
