I’m trying to figure out my roof layout. The gf wants a big skylight. And based on the roof support beam locations and where we want things on the interior, the fan and skylight pretty much need to go in these locations. I want to maximize solar, but without doing a bunch of different sized panels because of the additional complexity and loss in efficiency. But 200W (narrowest I can find) would overhang the roof rack by 4.5” on each side, and I would only really be comfortable with 2.5” of overhang, but preferably less. I found these Rich Solar slim panels that will overhang a little, but reduce output to 520W. What is my best path forward? Does anyone know of any narrower 200W panels?
