Put a pork butt on last night and my grill died while I was sleeping.
| I use a Big Green Egg, the highest the temp I got to was around 146 and when I woke up the meat was at 112. Looks like the meat was below 140 for around 3 hours or more. I got the grill going again but want to know if I should keep smoking it. [link] [comments] |
