Smoked Cheeseburgers

Indirect smoking burgers are my favorite way to cook them. I use a full chimney of lit charcoal and smoke indirect for 30 -45 minutes depending on how thick they are. Perfect method for the lazy griller, no flipping required. I used a couple small pieces of oak and topped with Colby Jack cheese.
