Brisket, ribs, sausages, pulled pork and chicken. Sides included tarts and mac and cheese with truffles. As a couple we didnt manage to finish the plate.

First time eating southern bbq, overall I had a great experience and will practice making some of the stuff by myself on the grill once the snow is gone here in oslo (so like in 6 months…)
