I stumbled across a pop-up offset outside a barber shop on my way to the post office, East Dallas. One man operation, good price, top shelf product. I did the TX Monthly Top 50 all the way through and this brisket is in that top-tier IMO. Mostly just a brisket operation right now but man, it’s hard to get the fresh top-tier stuff for under $30/lb these days.
