Smoked beef cheeks
| Smoked beef cheeks for the first time. Smoked for about 4 hours, then wrapped and smoked another hour or two. Then added it to beef broth covered in the oven. We ate the ribs I cooked and I fell asleep with this in the oven lol, so it cooked an extra 8hrs. Turned out awesome! [link] [comments] |
