How did I do?
| Whilst the wife slept, I smoked. 4lb. brisket portion, salt and pepper only. 2 x 1 snake with hickory chunks at 250ish 5 hours to 165 IT. Wrapped in butcher paper and finished in the oven at 250 to 205 IT. Rested 3 hours in the cooler till I sliced it. [link] [comments] |
