Had a freak incident today, a car coming the other way launched a rock straight at my Tesla, and it smacked right into my front bumper. Luckily no one was hurt, but the impact left my bumper cracked and I’m trying to figure out who the driver was so I can file a proper insurance report.

My dashcam did capture the moment, but the footage is a bit blurry when the other car passes. I’m hoping some of you video-forensics wizards can help enhance or clarify the license plate, or at least confirm the make/model.

Best I've been able to make out so far is "CRM4500"
