I was in the blue car (had just parked). I was so confused at what the hell happened when he hit me. Looking back at a drivers dashcam footage, you can see he illegally/recklessly sped around a car (presumably going too slow for his liking) before the accident. Dude was 17 and has no drivers license, driving his mom’s boyfriend’s car. Has NO business driving like this!!
