Had this happen while going to drop my son off at the babysitter's this morning. The person in the car didn't even look over at me when I approached or passed her. Only reason I didn't hit the horn was because I didn't want to scare the elderly lady. Also, I drive an SUV, but even a sedan wouldn't have been able to pass her without driving off the road.
