Outside of Fishkill, NY, biker speeds up on me on a 3 to 2 lane merge. I seen him at the last second and it took me by surprise. About a mile up, traffic ended up stopping and this clown started passing on the shoulder. About 20 miles or so later, I passed him again while he was stopped on the shoulder… in a hurry to go nowhere I guess.
